Wah Edouard
was born in February 13, 1938 in Port-au-Prince. After primary school at Petit Seminaire College St. Martial and high school at Lycee Antenor Firmin, from 1951-1953 he first began in ceramics. He stopped to become a dancer and later, from 1957-1959, he was an engraver with Industries Nationales Reunies. Since 1959 he devoted himself to painting. He later married and had four children.
