Louizor F was born 1949 in Port-au-Prince. Younger brother of established Ernst Louizor, Fritz attended the Lycee Toussaint L’Ouverture High School but left to study painting at the Centre d’Art and later with his brother. He is known for his impressionistic style rendered with a palate knife.
